Why do I need a travel agent?
Simply put, it will take the headache out of planning and help you enjoy the entire process. We are experts in our destinations. We have tons of training under our belt. We spend countless hours staying up to date on the latest information so that you can have the most magical experience.
When do I need to pay?
That varies by destination. Most destinations require a deposit upfront and the remainder 90-40 days prior. If booking close to travel dates, full payment is due at the time of booking.
How far in advance should I book?
The short answer is as soon as possible. The further out you book the more room options you have. Not always, but a lot of the time the further out you book the better price you receive, but no matter what destination you choose when you book with me you will get the “price watch service.”
What is the price watch service?
We at Ears of Experience offer all of our clients the “price watch service.” If a new pricing deal becomes available after booking with me I will check to see if your reservation falls under the parameters. If your reservation is applicable I will make the changes and you will save.
What are Disney World Transportation options?
You can drive your own car and park in the resort parking lot you are staying at, or in the park parking lots. There is now a fee for both. If flying to Disney World and staying on property, you can choose to take the Magical Express to and from Orlando International airport. This is a complimentary service Disney offers to those staying on the property. In addition, for those staying on property, there is complimentary transportation to the parks and back (Bus, Monorail, Water Taxi, Skyliner – options depend on your resort).
What are the advantages of the Disney World Dining Plan?
The new Disney Dining Plan is coming January 9, 2024. The dining plan is a meal plan option offered to those staying on the property. It is an extra cost, but in my opinion is worth it. It makes your vacation package feel all-inclusive. It has many components to it and I am happy to share those with you.
What are the advantages of staying on the property?
There are many advantages to staying on the property. You will receive extra magic hours on applicable park days. You get complimentary transportation to and from the parks. You also can pick from various dining plan options….and so much more magic!
What is Genie and Genie+ services?
Disney Genie is a helpful service through your my Disney Experience account that gives access to an interactive map and presents useful information on wait times. The Disney Genie+ is a paid service that can be added the morning of your visit. It is replacing the old FastPass system. It gives you skip the line benefits and it can aid you in maximizing your time in the parks.
